Salmon Grilled on a Plank with Sliced Lime Recipe

This grilled salmon recipe is ideal for outdoor gatherings and barbecues. The cedar plank gives the salmon a smoky flavor, while the lime slices add a refreshing and tangy flavor.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 12 minutes
  • Total Time: 22 minutes

Instructions

  • Soak the cedar plank for at least 1 hour in water.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
  • Place the cedar plank that has been soaked on the grill.
  • On top of the plank, place the seasoned salmon fillet.
  • Place the salmon fillet on top of the sliced lime.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked, covered on the grill.
  • Remove the grill plank from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
