BBQ Steak with Dry Rub Recipe

This BBQ steak with dry rub is ideal for meat lovers. Brown sugar, chilli powder, and smoked paprika combine to create a sweet and smoky flavor that complements the steak perfectly. The dry rub forms a crust on the outside of the steak while leaving the inside juicy and tender. Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • To make the dry rub, combine brown sugar, chilli powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Evenly apply the dry rub mixture to both sides of the steak.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the steak on both sides.
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until done to preference.
  • Remove the steak from the grill and set aside for 5 minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
