Grill Flank Steak Recipe

  • Cook Time: 16 minutes
  • Total Time: 51 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour marinade over flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Seal bag and turn steak to coat evenly.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess.
  • Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until done to preference.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly across the grain.
