Instructions

  • To make a marinade, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, minced rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork chops and sausages in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Turn the bag over a few times to coat the meat in the marinade.
  • Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Remove the pork chops and sausages from the marinade and discard the excess.
  • Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and browned on all sides.
  • Remove the meat from the grill and set it aside for a few minutes to rest before serving.
