Barbecue Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce Recipe

These barbecue pork ribs are tender and flavorful, falling off the bone. The spice rub and barbecue sauce combine to make a sweet and savoury dish suitable for any occasion.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 3 hours, 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 3 hours, 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  • Take the membrane off the back of the ribs.
  • Combine brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs on both sides.
  • Cover the ribs with foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  • 3 hours in the oven.
  • Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  • Bake for 30 minutes more, or until the ribs are fully cooked and tender.
  • If desired, serve with additional barbecue sauce.
