- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- Take the membrane off the back of the ribs.
- Combine brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs on both sides.
- Cover the ribs with foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- 3 hours in the oven.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes more, or until the ribs are fully cooked and tender.
- If desired, serve with additional barbecue sauce.
